Titel: sorry English speaker !
Beitrag von: renault am Juli 06, 2023, 10:30:21 Vormittag
Hallo everyone. This is my first post and I am English (living in France) so I apologise for writing in English.
I have a problem removing the front lower suspension arm on my GSA. I cannot remove the bolt which passes through it. I have removed the nut and tried hitting the end of the bolt with a hammer but it will not move.
Has anyone done this - is there a secret trick ?

Bienvenue in our forum!
Although I cannot contribute to solving your problem I would be interested to learn, from where you are sourcing the Fluid Bloc. This part is seeked after by several of us and seems to be out of stock at all known dealers.
Can you recommend a french source having fluid blocs available?

Salutes
Martin

I have not yet bought them but the only place they are available is from Chevronics in UK.
I cannot buy them from UK because the cost to me here in France is too much.
I think chevronics has the only rights to this product made in Spain.
I don't think anyone in EU has them.

- but I still cannot remove the bolt passing through the lower arm !!

Hi renault,
hammering/hitting might not be the best idea. Maybe you try a bolt extractor/bolt puller (german: Abzieher).
If you are able to extract the bolt for some inches,
the bolt does not come out of the suspension arm completely, but you have to make some room (with a rubber hammer) in the inner wing/mudguard, to get it out.
Good luck!
